2012 CCIM Business Excellence Awards Recipients Honored

The CCIM Utah Chapter honored the 2012 CCIM Business Excellence Awards and the Hall of Fame Recipients at a black-tie gala at the Marriott hotel on January 21, 2012. Three finalists from nine categories were interviewed, reviewed and evaluated by a diverse panel of 96 judges. Each category included the following recipients of the award:

• David Eccles School of Business (MHTN Architects) for Architectural Design of the Year
• Okland Construction for Contractor of the Year
• 222 South Main (Hamilton Partners) for Development/Redevelopment of the Year
• Mark Gibbons (City Creek Reserve, Inc.) for Green Leader of the Year
• JR and Johnny Clawson (The Clawson Group) for Lender of the Year
• Rad Dye (CBRE, Inc.) for Industrial Broker of the Year
• Kip Paul (Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce) for Investment Broker of the Year
• Brandon Fugal (Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT) for Office Broker of the Year
• JR Moore (CBRE, Inc.) for Retail Broker of the Year.
